Frequently Asked Questions

Please select the type of pet you have to see the frequently asked questions:

When I bring in my dog to board what do i need to bring?

The most important thing to bring is your vaccination card or book so we know your dog has been vaccinated. We supply bowls for feeding but you may bring in some chews and treats if you like but this is optional.

Is my booster vaccination enough or do I need a kennel cough vaccination as well?

The kennel cough vaccination is separate to your booster so you will need both.

My dog isn't vaccinated, what should I do?

Your dog must have up to date vaccinations. Go to your vet and ask for a booster vaccination course and a kennel cough vaccination. Please remember that there is a time delay when you start or restart, so please allow for this before you bring your dog.

How do I know if my vaccinations are in date?

Your vet will also be able to advise you over the phone or you can reference the book or vaccination card you have received.

I've lost my vaccination book, what should i do?

Contact the vet which gave your pet their vaccinations and they normally will give you a replacement free of charge.

Are there any age restrictions?

So long as your dog has completed the vaccinations then they are old enough. As for older dog we will look after any dog in good health.
